This is amazing. I’ve been feeling stressed and overwhelmed lately, and just yesterday wished I could find a menu plan that was AIP, loaded with veggies, and nightshade and FODMAP free. Imagine my surprise to see this today! Thank you. You did the thinking and hard work, now all I have to do is tweak it. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Betsy

  2. Petra – thanks for all your work in putting together such a great resource. You rock, my friend!

  3. Great info. It looks like your Sweet Treats link goes to the wrong blog, though.

Wow. It’s been such a long journey. But now that I am finally here, my head is still swimming on where to begin. I do know that I do best eating just twice a day. This latest protocol does not break down neatly into two mealtimes. As it is, I have been studying your weeks and months in passing review and trying to discern what’s best for me but would love to hear some input from anybody here along with trusted moderator. I’m a newbie….but I’m learning and excited about feeding my body and brain…and getting things oiled and running prolperly. I’m 54 and in general good health, but lack of energy, brain fog and gradual escalating body aches have been faithful reminders that not all is well when not paying attention to what we eat. Thank you Petra for sharing your time, energy and zeal. You have loved your husband so well along with yourself and others. I have found a place to camp and study. May God Bless you.
